Highlights

  This site provides details of all Births, Deaths and Still Births electronically registered in Rural Karnataka.

  The Births, Deaths and Still Births that occurs in rural areas are registered in eJanMa by Village Accountants through Nada Kacheri at Hobli level.

  The Births, Deaths and Still Births that occurred in the Sub Registration Units (Govt Medical Institutions PHC/CHC) are also registered in eJanMa and Certificates are issued in the Institution itself.

  For Inclusion of Name of Child in Birth Certificate contact respective Registrars and Sub registrars (Village Accountants and Medical Officers).

  For Additional Copies of the Birth / Death Certificates and for any Corrections please contact DataEntry Operators of the concerned Nada Kacheri.

  For Any clarifications contact District Statistical Officer of the concerned District.

New  Office of the Chief Registrar of Births and Deaths has implemented online registration of Births, Deaths and Still Births in all the districts of the state in 3 phases.

New  "NON-MCTS" option will be disbled for all Govt. Health Institutions from 14th August 2015, 5:00PM onwards.

1st phase 11 districts Bengaluru urban, Bengaluru Rural, Bidar, Chikkaballapura, Chamarajanagara, Kolar, Haveri, Kodagu, Ramanagar, Udupi, Uttarakannada implemented from 1st Feb 2015.

2nd phase 09 districts Belgaum, Dakshinakannada, Chitradurga, Chikkamagaluru, Mandya, Mysore, Raichur, Gadag, yadgir implemented from 1st March 2015

3rd phase 10 districts Bagalakote, Bellary, Vijayapura, Dharawada, Dvanagere, Kalaburagi, Hassan, Koppala, Shivamogga, Tumakuru implemented from 1st April 2015
